Ingredients:
800g of beef
1 can of beer
1 onion
3 cloves of garlin (minced)
1 litre of beef broth (can be replaced by other broth or plain water)
2 carrots
2 potatoes
15g of butter
Spices: 45ml of olive oil, 3g of salt, 3g of pepper, 5g of sugar, 1 stewed beef soup cube, 15ml of Woschestershire sauce.
Process:
Step 1: Dry your beef a bit then dice.
Step 2: Pour in olive oil and 1 small piece of butter and heat up. When the oil is all heated up and butter is melted completely, add beef in, divide into many turns so that the beef won’t get stick together. Watch until you see the beef turns to brown on the outside then take it out. Be careful, and make sure you take out the beef just in time so you can enjoy this Vietnamese Food Recipe later.
When the beef is cool down, you can cut them in half.
Step 3: Dice onion then fry with garlic in couple of minutes.
Step 4: Add beef broth and stewed beef soup cube into the stove.

Step 6: Next, you can add diced beef into the stove.
Step 7: Add salt, sugar and Woschestershire sauce in. Put the lid on and cook with small heat for 1,5 to 2 hours. This process will help beef tender and adjust the spices altogether.
Step 8: Wash, peel and cut carrots and potatoes into big pieces (refer to the illustrated picture). Add carrots & potatoes into the stove, put the lid on & continue to cook for another 30 minutes, until the vegetables is all cooked.
